I spent 12 years inside car dealerships. Now I work for you.
Tell me what you want. I find it and I negotiate it to save you the unsavory dealership experience. You skip the time, stress, and nonsense games. The deal is already done before you ever speak to a salesperson. You show up at the end to sign and pick up your car. Undealer it.
No cost, no obligation. We'll talk about what you're looking for and I'll tell you how I can help.
Who's actually doing this
My name is Vlad. I spent nearly 12 years working inside dealerships — sales, finance, and management. I know what the sales manager says when you leave the room. I know what the worksheet is designed to hide. I know how dealer profit is designed to go under the radar, because I used to be the one protecting it.
I got tired of watching decent people walk out having paid thousands more than they needed to, so I started Undealer. Now I use the same playbook — on your side of the table.
I work for you. Never for the dealer. I don't take referral fees, kickbacks, or manufacturer bonuses from anyone. My flat fee is the only money I make on your deal, and you know what it is before we start.
How it works
1 · We talk for 15 minutes Free. What you're driving now, what you want next, your budget, your trade, your timeline. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so.
2 · I go to work I search inventory across the region — not just the dealer closest to you — and I contact multiple stores that have your car. Then I negotiate all of them against each other. You don't get the calls. You don't get the emails. I do.
3 · I hand you a finished deal You get the numbers in writing before you go anywhere — price, trade value, fees, out-the-door total. I introduce you to a specific person at the dealership who already knows the deal and is expecting you. You're not starting over with a salesperson. You're going in to sign what's already agreed.
Undealer is new. Here's why that's worth knowing.
I'm not going to show you a wall of five-star reviews, because I'm just getting started and I'd rather not pad the page with quotes you can't verify.
What I can tell you: I've been doing this work for over a decade — just from the other side of the desk. The negotiating, the sourcing, the financing, the paperwork. That part isn't new.
What's new is the sign on the door. So I'm running the first 20 clients at a founding rate, and I'll ask each of them for an honest review at the end — good or bad. If you'd rather wait until there's a track record posted here, I understand completely. If you'd rather get in early at a lower price, let's talk.
What it costs
$750* flat. One fee, disclosed upfront: locating the vehicle, negotiating the price, working your trade-in value, and reviewing the final numbers with you before you sign.
What I don't do: I'm not a broker. I don't take possession of the car, and I don't handle your paperwork or financing application — you'll complete those at the dealership. What you'll have that nobody else does is a deal that's already finished on the car you want and a clear picture of what to expect when you walk in.
*Founding rate for the first 20 clients. After that it goes to $950.
I don't take money from dealers, so this fee is the only revenue on your deal. That's deliberate — the moment I'm paid by both sides, I'm not really working for you.
The free consultation comes first. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you pay anything.
"Why wouldn't I just use Costco or TrueCar?"
You might — they're fine tools. But here's what they actually do: they route you to one pre-selected dealer at a pre-set price, and then leave you alone in the finance office with your trade-in, your loan, and a stack of add-ons.
Those programs get you a price. They don't negotiate, they don't work multiple dealers against each other, and they don't prepare you for what happens after you say yes.
I do all three.
What happens when you get to the dealership
I'll be straight with you about how this works. I negotiate the deal. I don't sign your paperwork for you — you'll do that at the store, because that's where the contract gets executed.
But you're not walking in cold. By the time you go, the dealership knows you're my client, the numbers are agreed, and there's a specific person expecting you. No re-negotiating. No "let me check with my manager." No starting over.
The part I want you prepared for is the finance office. That last step is where most people lose the money they just saved — extended service agreements, GAP coverage, paint protection, tire-and-wheel, key replacement, etc. Some of it can be worth buying. Most of it isn't, at the price they'll quote you.
So before you go, I send you a one-page summary: the exact numbers we agreed to, what your out-the-door total should be, which add-ons I'd consider and what they should actually cost, and what to do if any number on the contract doesn't match what I hand you. And if something looks off while you're sitting there — call me.
You walk in knowing more than most people know walking out.
Let’s talk about your next car
Fifteen minutes, no cost, no pressure. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll tell you honestly whether I can save you money and time — or whether you're better off on your own.
